Addon Terms of Service - Manager Metrics

These terms of service ("Terms") establish the agreement between the individual user ("User," "you," or "your") and Insightful Metrics ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning the use of the Manager Metrics addon ("Addon") developed by Company. By installing, accessing, or using the Addon, you agree to adhere to and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Addon.

1. License and Usage

1.1 License Grant: Company hereby grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Manager Metrics addon as intended, following the guidelines outlined in the accompanying documentation provided by Company.

2.1 Data Collection: The Manager Metrics addon does not collect or store any user data. All data resides on the users google drive in a specific folder for a specifc google sheet. For example if a user want to build a Manager Metrics application for a google sheet called Membership Upgrades. The application will create a folder structure on the users google drive called 'Manager Metrics Home -Membership Upgrades'. All application data will be stored in this folder. This folder should be maintained for the duration manager metrics upgrades is required.

3. Updates and Support

3.1 Updates: Company retains the right to provide updates to the Manager Metrics addon to improve its capabilities, rectify issues, or reinforce security. By utilizing the Addon, you agree to adopt and utilize the most recent version provided by Company.
